Andhra style paruppu vada/ Daal vada
Paruppu vada or daal Vada from Andhra is famous all over south india. It's eaten best when the weather is rainy and cold along with a hot cup of coffee! Healthy, protein rich and delicious!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, grind the chana daal with all the other ingredients. Reserve 1 tablespoon for adding on top.
* Step 2
Transfer to a bowl and add the reserved Chama daal. Mix well. Heat oil. Make lemon-sized balls of the mixture. Flatten on palms.
* Step 3
Fry on medium heat till cooked and golden from all sides. Serve hot with the chutney of your choice. Enjoy!
