Masala Scrambled Eggs
Eggs are one of the most healthy, nutrition rich , versatile and easy to make breakfast option for all ages. I have prepared these scrambled eggs with a masala twist. They tasted delicious with the added flavour of onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, spices and yumminess of ghee. Do give it a try. Enjoy with roasted paav or buns with a dash of tomato sauce.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, heat a pan. Add ghee. When it heats up, add cumin and let it pop up. Then onions and saute till pink and aromatic
* Step 2
Then add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chillies, and saute till tomatoes turn soft.
* Step 3
Then add all the rest of the spices and stir cook for a minute.
* Step 4
Now add the eggs and cook while stirring well till eggs form a crumble. Then switch off heat and let them cook on their own for a minute.
* Step 5
Pour on a serving plate. Garnish with coriander leaves. Roast paav or buns on ghee. Serve with the eggs with a dash of tomato sauce. Enjoy delicious and protein rich breakfast!
