Sago Kalakand kheer
Holi colours are all around, even the desserts we make have become so colourful!
I decided to try out something innovative with sago and made a combination of kalakand and sago kheer.
It turned out so delicious!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, wash the sago 2 to 3 times. Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan on low flame.
* Step 2
When it reaches boiling stage, add the sago pearls slowly and keep stirring.
* Step 3
On another stovetop, melt the jaggery in water and when it reaches boiling stage, switch off and cool to room temperature.
* Step 4
Cook the sago till it is transparent and soft. Then add the curd and cook till it's thick and grainy.
* Step 5
Then add the jaggery syrup, carda
* Step 6
Remove from stove, pour in serving bowls. Garnish with nuts and cherries. Serve hot or chilled. Enjoy.
