Have you tried Dhabeli made with sweet potato stuffing? It's a very healthy option to regular potato and tastes so delicious. Dhabeli is favourite fast food from Kutch, Gujarat and loved all over the country now! Serve it with lots of farsan, pomegranate and Sev ! Super delicious!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, heat oil in a kadhai. Add mustard, jeera and let them pop up. Then add hing, ginger paste, chillies and saute' well.
* Step 2
Then add the mashed sweet potato, all spices and keep stirring. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
* Step 3
Add salt, aamchur, sugar, coriander leaves and mix well. Lastly add Dhabeli masala and mix. Switch off flame and cool it to room temperature. Your Dhabeli stuffing with sweet potato is ready.
* Step 4
Heat butter on a tawa. Slit the paav or burger buns and roast on tawa from both sides on the butter. Use 1 tsp for each paav.
* Step 5
To assemble, spread sweet chutney on one side of paav. Place a spoonful to f stuffing and press all over. Then spread the garlic chutney.
* Step 6
Then add 1 spoonful of roasted peanuts, 1 spoonful of pomegranate seeds and a spoonful of Sev. Press well. Apply green chutney on the top sude of paav or bun.
* Step 7
Cover the stuffing with the top side. Then roll the Dhabeli in the farsan to coat all over the sides. Repeat this to make all the Dhabelis similarly.
* Step 8
Serve immediately with all the three chutneys on sides. Enjoy!
