Hot and spicy Paneer momos are perfect snack for all occasions. Vegetarian Momos usually do not have enough proteins. So why not have them stuffed with Paneer or Tofu for a protein rich snack? Enjoy!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, squeeze the water from the cabbage and carrots and reserve for later.
* Step 2
Combine the above with paneer. Add the seasonings and sauces. mix well, cover and keep in fridge.
* Step 3
Now mix all the ingredients for covering in a bowl. Then adding cold water knead to a tight dough. Keep covered with a kitchen towel for 1/2 an hour.
* Step 4
Then take out a lemon sized ball from the dough. Roll out to thin disc. Place a spoonful of Stuffing on it.
* Step 5
Apply water on sides. Gather all the edges and pinch well. Give your desired shape. Then heat water in a steamer. Then arrange momos on a steamer plate, having a small piece of banana leaf at base
* Step 6
Cover the steamer and steam the momos on high for 10 minutes.
* Step 7
Then remove and serve steaming hot paneer momos with Schezwan chutney or garlic chutney. Enjoy¡;;:
