Easy to make and high on nutritional value of calcium , protein, vitamin B12, C and D, give it a try! Enjoy!

Ingredient

2 cups

Fresh curd

2 tablespoons

Grated fresh coconut

2 tablespoons

Roasted Peanut powder

1 tablespoon

Ghee

1/4 tsp

Hing

to taste

Salt

1 tsp

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, clean and string the beans. Then cut them into 1inch long pieces.

* Step 2

Boil 1cup water, add salt and 1tsp oil. Then steam the beans in it till they are soft. Then pour cold water on them to retain the colour.

* Step 3

Now, make tempering or tadka with the mentioned ingredients. Pour over the beans. Mix well. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.

* Step 4

Now mix salt and sugar in the curd and mix well. Add the beans to the curd. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve it chilled. Tatstes great with chapattis, steamed rice and even with bread.
