Try out this easy weasy zero oil popcorn recipe made with marinated mushrooms and cauliflower. I used the cooking foil from#Asahikasei and the result was amazing!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, take a bowl. Mix all the ingredients except the vegetables and whisk well for 1 minute.
* Step 2
Now add the vegetables and coat well with hands till the marinade is all over covering the vegetables. Keep covered for 30 minutes.
* Step 3
Heat the frying pan Or preheat oven to 200 degree C. Line the baking tray or pan with the cooking foil. Then grease it with oil all over by brush.
* Step 4
Then spread out the vegetables in pan or baking tray. Place tray in oven and bake with both the rods for 15 minutes or till crisp and cooked. (You can grill them too but blanch the vegetables before marinating)
* Step 5
If cooking in pan, then cover the pan and cook on medium heat from both sides.
* Step 6
Air-fry method: preheat at 200 d.c. for 10 minutes. Then spread the vegetables on the tray and cook for 15 minutes till crunchy.
* Step 7
Enjoy hot and crisp Mushroom and Cauliflower Popcorn with chai and rains.
