Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, drain the water from chilies and grind them along with salt, sugar, onions, and black pepper. Use water to adjust a thick pouring consistency. Make a coarse paste and keep it ready.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and stir fry. When it is aromatic, add the paste and tomato puree. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of hot water. Cook while stirring for 5 minutes till oil separates.
* Step 3
Now add soy sauce, mix well. Adjust the seasonings. Switch off after a minute
* Step 4
Your Schezwan sauce is ready. Use in Chinese dishes or as a dip for snacks and savory dishes. Enjoy.
