Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, grease a square baking pan with butter or oil and line it with butter paper. Grease it well and dust with flour.
* Step 2
Then keep the oven to preheat at 170 °c for 10 minutes. (All the ingredients should be at room temperature.)
Sieve the dry ingredients in a bowl twice. Mix well.
* Step 4
Melt chocolate, butter, and jaggery powder on a double boiler till smooth. Remove and cool for 5 minutes while stirring well.
* Step 5
Then add curd, vanilla, and whisk well. Gently fold in the dry ingredients and mix with the cut and fold method. Add milk alternatively and mix lightly. Do not overmix.
* Step 6
When the mixture is combined, pour in tin, tap 3 to 4 times.
(Sprinkle dusted choco chips on top and press a little). After this, place the tin in the oven. Bake for 25 to 28 minutes depending upon individual ovens.
* Step 7
To check the doneness, insert a toothpick. If it comes out clean, then it's ready. If batter sticks to the toothpick, bake for 5 minutes more.
* Step 8
Remove and cover with a kitchen towel to cool without losing moisture. Then take it out from the tin.
* Step 9
Dust with icing sugar, garnish with almonds and cashews and enjoy.
