Mango Keshar Pulao

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, chop the mango into small pieces. Then make sugar syrup by boiling sugar, water, and saffron.
* Step 2
When it reaches 1 string consistency, add mangoes, cardamom powder, and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes till you get thick mango syrupy. Keep this aside.
* Step 3
Then heat ghee in a pan. Then add the whole spices. Fry for a minute. Then add the rice and stir gently and mix well. Then add the saffron mango syrup. Mix well
* Step 4
Stir for a minute. Then serve yummy delicious mango rice garnished with mango pieces and enjoy!
