It can be made with different fruits, nuts, greens, flavours or just with thick and fresh curd. I have tried this amazing recipe of Rose Thandai lassi by Deepa Rupani ji and it was so delicious. I added pomegranate juice and pearls for added colour and taste. Thank you Deepa ji.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

10 minutes
1 tablespoon

Chilled Fresh cream

2 tablespoons

Rose syrup

1 tablespoon

Thandai powder

as needed

Chilled water

1 tablespoon

Pomegranate pearls

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, mix curd, cream pomegranate juice, Rose syrup, thandai powder and salt in the blender jar.

* Step 2

Then blend by whipping method till well combined. Add chilled water as needed.

* Step 3

Blend once again till frothy. Then take serving glasses. Add pomegranate pearls at the base. Then pour lassi from top. Garnish with rose petals and enjoy!
