Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl take refined flour, salt,carom seeds and ghee.mix well and gradually add water. Make a semi soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes
* Step 2
Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil.when oil is heated add cumin seeds saute few seconds. Now add onion and green chillies.saute tlli the onion turns light pink.add capsicum and carrot.mix well.add green peas and all spices mix and cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame.turn off the flame.allow to cool it.
* Step 3
Take the filling in a bowl add mayonnaise and sauce mix well.
From the dough make small size balls.take one ball. Dust some flour on rolling board and roll it like medium size roti.then cut into square shape and again mark four cut from each side as shown in above pic.take a little amount of filling and put on one corner as seen in the pic.
* Step 4
Fold from the opposite side and cover it and press lightly with fingers. Then cut the remaining two parts into thin strips as shown in pic.place one strip on another as shown in pic.
* Step 5
Prepared the pockets.heat oil in kadhai and fry them on low to medium flame till they turn golden. let's enjoy this snacks with evening tea or coffee
