Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Arrange all ingredients at a place. in a grinding jar add mutton mince,onion,ginger garlic paste green chillies and all above spices. grind all together well.

* Step 2

Transfer in a plate. Put a burning charcoal in the cup and pour 1 tsp ghee on it. When Smoke is formed, cover immediately and leave for 2 minutes. it gives a smoky flavour to the kababs.

* Step 3

Apply water on the palm then make kababs from the mixture. add oil in a pan heat up then Place these kababs on pan.sprinkle little water cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.

* Step 4

Flip the kababs and cook from other side until they turn golden brown. Transfer in plate add lemon juice over it and served these kabas with a hot cup of tea.
