Stuffed besan chhila

#FEB #WEEK2 Vegetable stuffed Chilla is a simplest and healthy breakfast and great way to add lots of veggies in our diet.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl take gram flour,add powder spices mention above, add water and mix well. Make a semi thick batter. Add coriander leaves mix again then cover and keep aside for ten minutes.

* Step 2

In another bowl add all veggies add Chilli flakes,sambhar masala and salt to taste.mix well.

* Step 3

Take a non-stick pan pour a ladle full batter in the middle. Spread evenly, add little oil. cover and cook over medium flame until it cook from bottom side

* Step 4

When it cook flip it. Add 2tsp stuffing on one side and fold it cook few seconds.

* Step 5

Transfer in a plate.serve with tomato ketchup.
