A crispy ,spicy and super delicious perfect appetizer for any party.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First clean and wash the chicken and mark cut in each piece.take a bowl add 1 tsp salt,1tsp white vinegar and 1 cup of water.mix well.then add chicken pieces mix well and leave it for 1 hour.
* Step 2
Take a mixing bowl add ginger garlic paste, both chilli powder,cumin powder, garam masala powder, black salt,pepper powder, chat masala,coriander powder,Chilli flakes, food colour,gram flour and corn flour and finally add hot chilli sauce and lemon juice. Mix all ingredients well together.
* Step 3
Now wash the chicken again and drain the excess water. Add chicken pieces in the prepared marinated mixturere and coated well. Keep it aside for one hour.
Heat oil in a kadhai add the marinated chicken and fry on high flame for 2 minutes.then flip it
* Step 4
Now cover the lid and cook over 4-5 minutes on medium flamef then remove the lid cook again over high flame for 2 minutes.when chicken turns tender remove from oil and place them on tissue paper.
* Step 5
Garnish with onion slices and lemon.serve hot add enjoy
