Cauliflower soup with roasted garlic

A thick and creamy cauliflower soup with a taste of roasted garlic🤤🧄

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut a whole garlic in half and sprinkle some olive oil and salt over. In the oven for 30 mins on 200 degrees (Celsius)

* Step 2

Cut 1 onion and 1 whole cauliflower, and sauté on high heat.

* Step 3

Pour 3dl heavy cream over and some water to cover the cauliflower. Let it cook for 10-15 mins.

* Step 4

Put everything in a blender and squeeze the roasted garlic and make it smooth.

* Step 5

Top with garnish of your Choice. I used roasted cauliflower and pinenuts.
