Potato bhajiye

A Simple and quick recipe without lots of effort.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into thin slices. put in cold water. In a mixing bowl take gram flour, and rice flour and add all the above spices. gradually add water and make a lumps-free semi-thick batter.
* Step 2
Heat oil in the kadhai, and add 1 tsp hot oil to the batter make bhajiye more crispy.
Take out potatoes from the water.dip into the batter. coated well with batter and place one by one in hot oil. fry them on medium to high flame till they turn golden. Remove from oil. serve with green chutney.
