Semolina samosa

Presenting semolina samosa with some changes that make it diffrent than ordinary refined flour samosa. I tried to make it not only healthy but also tasty and the appreciation from my family members make my effort worthy.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl take semolina, wheat flour, add salt,ajwain and ghee.mix all together very well.now slowly add water and make a semi soft dough..cover and keep for rest for 15 minutes
* Step 2
Prepared the filling.heat a pan add 2 tsp oil add cumin seeds and asafoetida saute 8-10 seconds add onion and green chillies curry leaves saute until they turn in pink color.add all the powder spices cook on medium flame for 2 minutes then add mashed potato and salt mix together nicely.cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.turn off the flame.lets cool down it.
* Step 3
Now take the dough and make medium size ball.roll it and cut into two parts. Take one part apply water on the edges.fold it like cone shape.take one tsp potato filling fill in the middle apply water on top and seal it.prepare all samosa likewise.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a kadhai,turn the flame low. place the samosa in hot oil and fry on low to medium flame until they turn golden colour. Serve the yummy samosa with tea.
