Potato rolls

A tasty crispy snacks for any party or festive eve.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl add flour,salt and ghee.mix well.gradually add water and make a soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds saute 30 second add chopped onion saute till they turn translucent.add chopped veggies saute on high flame for 2 minutes. Add mashed potatoes. Mix them
* Step 3
Add all spices mix and cook for 2miutes.turn off the flame. Allow to cool it.
* Step 4
Take the dough.knead it 2-3 times.make medium size balls.take one ball roll it like disc.then cut it in a rectangle strip.take 1 full tsp filling and place in one side.apply water on the edges
* Step 5
Start to Roll it from one side and seal the edges as shown in pic prepare all the rolls. Fry them in hot oil on low to medium flame.
* Step 6
When they turns golden brown remove from the oil.enjoy hot potato rolls with tea.
