Spicy fried potatoes

It is a tasty potato recipe specially for iftar time during ramadan.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices. In a vessel add 1 cup water and add little salt add the potatoes and bring it a boil. Then drain all water and keep aside to remove excess water
* Step 2
In a mixing bowl add curd and all powder spices,kasuri methi and rice flour and gram flour.mix all together very well. Add the par boiled potatoes in it and coated well with marination.keep it in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
* Step 3
Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil and heat it. Then place the marinated potatoes slices in the pan.fry them on medium heat till they turn golden from bottom side.flip it and fry from other side.when it turns crisp and golden transfer in plate.serve hot
