This is a finger licking food which is so aromatic, and the spice combination is just perfect in this dish
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First clean and wash the chicken very well. For marination take a mixing bowl add chicken, add all powder spices mention above for marination,add curd mix all very well.keep in a refrigerator for half an hour.
* Step 2
In a pressure cooker heat oil add whole spices saute few seconds add ginger garlic paste saute one minute. Add chopped onion and broken green chillies.cooked until onion turns golden brown
* Step 3
Add tomatoes and salt as per taste. Add chicken masala and cooked on medium flame until the tomatoes turn soft and masala released the oil.add marinated chicken mix and cooked for 3-4 minutes.add water and pressure cook for 3 whistle.turn off the flame.
* Step 4
Released the pressure naturally. Open the cooker. The chicken cooked perfectly. Add chopped coriander leaves. The jhatpat Chicken masala is ready. dish out and serve with Naan or kulcha
