Palak Paneer kofta curry

It is a different recipe from Palak paneer kofta. This palak paneer kofta is not the usual one because I have made this kofta with blanched palak and grated paneer which is mixed together with some spices and makes kofta.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take chopped spinach in a wok with 2 cups of water. add little salt and a pinch of turmeric. Boil it for 3-4 minutes then drain it and wash with cold water. Squeeze the excess water with your hands.
* Step 2
In a mixing bowl take grated paneer, add spinach, chopped green chilies, red Chilli powder, cumin powder, and garam masala powder, and salt.mix well. then add roasted gram flour and 1 tsp oil, mix again.
* Step 3
Make medium size kofta from the mixture. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the kofta in batches until they turn golden brown. Remove from oil and keep aside.
* Step 4
After frying all koftas in the same oil add cumin seeds, add onion paste. saute until the onion turns golden brown. Now add Kashmiri red Chilli powder and turmeric powder.it gives a nice colour to the gravy. add ginger garlic paste and asafoetida saute for one minute.
* Step 5
Add tomato paste, followed by salt, red Chilli powder, and coriander powder.mix it. add some water cover and cook for 2 minutes. When oil ooz out and masala cooked well. add 1 cup water,garam masala powder.
* Step 6
Add coriander leaves give it a boil. then add prepared koftas and cook on simmer for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame. Dish out and serve with roti or kulcha.
