Palak pakodi curry

In this recipe pakore are prepared with palak &besan and then put the pakoras in curry while serving. When you don't want to eat palak sabzi try this one.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add besan and powder spices mix well.add some water and make a thick batter.whisk it very well for 5-6 minutes
Then add palak and green chillies.mix well keep aside.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a wok add oil heat it.add onion paste and saute until it turns golden.then add kahmiri red Chilli powder saute few seconds add ginger garlic paste and saute one minute
* Step 3
Take coriander powder,red Chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt in a bowl.add some water and make a paste.when ginger garlic cooked add this paste and mix. Add some water,cover and cook the masala on medium flame until oil has released.
* Step 4
Meanwhile masala has cooked heat oil in a kadhai for frying pakore.when oil is heated drop little amount of pakoda batter one by one and fry the pakodas on medium to high flame until they turn golden brown
* Step 5
When pakoda has fry check the masala.it cooked well add 1 cup water and garam masala powder give it a boil.then add fry pakoda in hot curry.turn off the flame
* Step 6
Mix well and serve immediately. If you serve later then don't add pakoda. You should be keep the pakoda aside. And add pakoda while serving. Otherwise it will be mix with curry because of softness.
