Coconut Jaggery Ladoo

desi ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take coconut flakes,grated jaggery and sesame seeds. First add ghee in a heavy bottom kadhai then add coconut flakes.roast it on low to medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

* Step 2

Add sesame seeds mix with coconut and roast together for 2-3 minutes. When it turns aromatic add grated jaggery. Mix well.keep stirring.

* Step 3

Cook on low to medium flame until jaggery has melted completely and the mixture combined together. Add cardamom powder mix. When the mixture combined and change its colour turn off the flame. Transfer it into a plate

Grease the hand with ghee take some portion from coconut mixture give shape of laddu.prepare all laddus. enjoy the yummy laddu😋
