This is a very tasty,easy and lip smacking dish for dinner or lunch and best for a party.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First clean and wash the chicken. In a mixing bowl take chicken add ginger garlic paste, kashmiri red Chilli powder, salt and garam masala powder.add lemon juice mix and coated chicken well.then keep into refrigerator for half hour.
* Step 2
In a kadhai heat oil add whole spices.saute 30 seconds. Add onion and saute when it turns golden add ginger garlic paste and chopped whole red chilli cook for a minute
* Step 3
Add grated coconut and tomatoes mix well add all powder spices add little water then cooked on medium flame for 4-5 minutes that tomatoes get well cook and released the oil
* Step 4
At this stage add marinated chicken mix gently.add 1/2 cup water cover and cooked on low to medium flame for 10-12 minutes or until the chicken will tender.
* Step 5
Open it and cooked on high flame for 5-6 minutes. When oil comes add coriander leaves and serve with chapati.ý
