Homemade Biryani Masala

#cookpad Whenever I cook biryani I always preferred to use homemade masala and I always prepared at home.so today I want to share my homemade biryani masala recipe with all of you. hope you like and tried.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take all the spices together

* Step 2

Heat a pan first add coriander seeds,fennel seeds, cumin seeds and dry red Chilli dry roast for 1 minute on heat flame.then add all the remaining spices and roast all together for 2-3 minutes until it's change colour and become aromatic.turn off the flame

* Step 3

Transfer in a plate let's allow them to cool.then put in a grinding jar and grind it lightly coarsely.

* Step 4

Now transfer in a plate add red Chilli powder mix well all. Keep this masala in an airtight container and keep into refrigerator. Whenever you want to use add 2 tsp of this masala for 1 kg biryani.
