Kesar pista ice cream

Ice cream is my all time favourite and today I made this ice cream with readymade premix.this ice cream is very easy to made and need very few ingredients.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take all ingredients.
Take milk in a heavy botom vessel.give it a boil
Turn the flame low and take out 1/4 cup milk in another bowl and add ice cream premix in the milk.mix gently that there has no lumps.
* Step 2
Now add this mixture into the boiling milk.keep stirring then cook for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.stir continuously.turn off the flame and let it cool.
* Step 3
Transfer this mixture into a airtight container.cover it and keep it in refrigerator for 6-8 hours or overnight.then take out from the fridge transfer this into a mixer jar and add malai in it.then blend it for a minute.
* Step 4
Pour half amount of ice cream batter again into air tight container add some chopped almonds and pistachios.pour the remaining batter and garnish with almonds and pistachios.cover it and keep it in the fridge for 5-6 hours.after that take out the ice cream from the fridge.serve chilled
