#iamback Kachauri is a popular deep fried snack liked by all.this is prepared by wheat flour or refined flour. I have struck an idea in my mind that tried to make the kachauri more healthy and tasty so I tried to use both flour and adding spinach to make the dough.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a grinding jar add boiled spinach and green chillies.make a fine paste

* Step 2

Take both flour in a mixing bowl add salt,carom seeds and oil.mix well. Add spinach paste mix and knead it.if needed add 2-3 tbse water and make a semi soft dough.cover and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

* Step 3

Take the dough and divide it into equal small size balls.take a ball flat it on your palm.fill 1 tsp kachauri masala in it seal the edges.make all kachauri likewise.

* Step 4

Heat oil in a kadhai.turn the flame low and add 5-6 kachauri in hot oil.frt them on low to medium flame until the turn golden brown.fry all kachauri in batches.
