Today I tried to make this chilli toast is healthier than normal cheese toast with some twist.hope you all like it
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take onion and tomatoes and chopped them finely.mashed the boiled kidney beans and chopped the coriander leaves.grated the cheese.
* Step 2
Take a mixing bowl add chopped onion,tomatoes, coriander leaves and mashed kidney beans along with chutney and powder spices.mix them add grated cheese and mix nicely.add salt and mix again.
* Step 3
Take one bread slice take 1 full spoon of the mixture and spread evenly.cover with another bread and again spread the mixture on second bread.then cover with another bread.
* Step 4
Heat a pan or tawa add little ghee put the cheese toast on it roast it from one side for a minute on medium flame.apply ghee on top then flip the toast and roast it from another side until they turn golden brown and crispy.prepare the second cheese toast likewise
* Step 5
Cut the toast into half.sprinkle some cheese and coriander leaves then serve.
