#GA4 #week23 #papaya Delicious and loaded with nutrients.papaya smoothie keeps stomach health in many ways. It contains a high quantity of nutritional fiber.

Ingredient

1 bowl

papaya

1/4 cup

curd

1 tbsp

chia seeds

1 tbsp

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First in a bowl take chia seeds add two tbsp water and soaked it for 15 minutes. Then Take all ingredients together

* Step 2

In a grinding jar take papaya, add curd,almonds and honey.grind them and make a smooth paste.

* Step 3

Transfer it into a glass.add chia seeds mix well. Keep it in fridge for 10-15 minutes.

* Step 4

Take a serving glass add some pieces of papaya add the cold smoothy garnish with some chopped almonds and papaya pieces. enjoy it.
