This is eggless soft and delicious carrot sponge tea time cake which is easy to make.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First grease the cake tin keep aside. take all ingredients together. In a mixing bowl add condensed milk and oil.mix well.then seive all dry ingredients and add in it.
* Step 2
Gradually add the milk and mix well the dry ingredients with wet ingredients.now add grated carrot and mix well.then add finely chopped almonds slices in the batter.mix well.
* Step 3
Take the greased cake tin pour the batter into it.sprinkle some almond slices on top.tap the cake tin 2-3 times.put the cake tin into preheated oven on 180° for 35 minutes.
* Step 4
After that check the cake by pricking a toothpick.if toothpick comes neatly the cake has done.let keep the cake cool.after cool it demould the cake cut into pieces and serve with tea.
