Masala methi thepla

#GA4 #week20 #thepla Today I tried to make thepla more healthy and nutrition and make it by wheat flour mix with multigrain flour and adding spices inhance it's flavour.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take wheat flour,multigrain flour and chickpea flour in a mixing bowl

* Step 2

Add all powder spices, fenugreek and coriander leaves. Add crushed ginger,garlic and green chilli.then add salt.mix all well add little water and knead it to make a soft dough.

* Step 3

Roll the dough on kitchen counter in a cylindrical shape then cut it into small equal size balls. Dust some flour on counter take a ball roll it like a thin roti.

* Step 4

Heat a pan put thepla on tawa cook from one side for a minute them flip it.apply little oil with brush and cook both side that they turn golden brown and crispy.
