Methi is a healthy and packed with more flavours and nutrition. It is a good source of dietary fiber, high in protein content and is rich in iron. Also, it is low in calories, which means it can fit into any diet. enjoy this healthy paratha in breakfast.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First clean and wash the Methi leaves then roughly chopped it. in a mixing bowl take flour add salt,garam masala powder oil and Methi leaves. Mix all well.
* Step 2
Add little by little water knead it make a soft dough. Cover and keep for ten minutes for rest. then make medium size balls from the dough.
* Step 3
Take one ball, roll it like medium size roti. heat a pan cook the paratha from one side for a minute flip it. add little oil and cook from both side well.
* Step 4
Prepare all paratha and serve hot with tea.
