Ingredient

1/2 cup

red poha

1/4 cup

sliced onion

1 tbsp

lemon juice

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

1 tbsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash poha in a strainer, leave 2 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, fry sliced onion to golden brown Take out and keep aside.

* Step 3

Add cumin seeds in the remaining oil, let them crackle. Add chopped ginger and green chilli. Saute 30 seconds.

* Step 4

Add vegetables and curry leaves saute, 1 minute. Add poha and powdered spices.Add salt to taste. Roast them for few minutes on low flame.

* Step 5

When well combined, add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Put off flame

Take out in serving bowl and garnish with fried onion. Serve.
