Naan is a leavened, tandoor baked or tawa baked flat bread. Popular in India and Indian suncontinents.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take bread flour in a mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients except nigella seeds and kasuri methi.
* Step 2
Mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough by adding lukewarm water.
* Step 3
Cover and leave in a warm place for 2 hours. After 2 hours dough is well raised.
* Step 4
Make 2-3 equall size balls. Roll one ball, spread nigella seeds and some kasuri methi.
* Step 5
Heat an iron griddle. Wet the back side of naan with water Put on medium hot griddle.
* Step 6
After, 1 minute naan starts swelling.
* Step 7
Flip the griddle on open flame, cook naan on medium flame for 1 minute.
* Step 8
Take out. Apply ghee Or butter (optional)
* Step 9
Serve with mutton curry, chicken curry or any curry of your choice.
