#Feb #W2 This is an easy tasty and healthy breakfast recipe .

Ingredient

2 cups

murmura

1/4 cup

peanuts

1/4 cup

fresh peas

2 tbsp

oil

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

as required

Salt to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash murmura in a strainer and let it be strained.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan,fry peanuts for 2 minutes on low flame.Take out.Add cumin seeds,let it be splattered.Add chopped onion,fry 1 minute.Add ginger,garlic and green chillies in the oil.Saute 1minute and add peas.Add salt to taste and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Add wet murmura and all powdered dpices.Mix well.Simmer the flame and add chopped tomato.Mix well cover and cook for 1 minute.

* Step 4

Add peanutes,give a good mix and put off flame.Add chopped coriander leaves.Serve.
