carom seeds

as per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the ingredients of stuffing in a bowl.Make slits in chillies,discard seeds and stuff 1 tbsp potato filling in the chilli.Prepare all.

* Step 2

Mix the ingredients of batter in a bowl.Make a thick batter using some water.Dip stuffed chillu in the batter.

* Step 3

Heat oil.Fry stuffed chillies on medium heat till golden.Take out and swrve with sauce /chutney.
