Milk -Chocolate Pudding

Ingredient

milk

2 tbsp

corn flour

4 tbsp

sugar

2 tbsp

fresh cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preparing milk sauce:Mix sugar and corn flour in a pan,add milk in portions and let them mix well.Heat the pan on medium low heat.Stir continouslly.

* Step 2

Cook till the sauce is thick.Take off from heat.Cool for 5 minutes.Pour in a serving dish,and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.

* Step 3

Now preparing chocolate sauce:In a pan add sugar,cornflour and cocoa powder.Add milk,mix well.

* Step 4

Heat the pan and cook in the same manner add milk sauce.Add vanilla essence and cook till thick.

* Step 5

Take out of heat and let cool for 5 minutes.

* Step 6

Now milk sauce is set,take out of fridge.Sprinkle some dessicated coconut over pudding.

* Step 7

Now pour chocolate sauce over milk sauce.Put in fridge for 2-3hour to set.

* Step 8

After 3 hours take out dish.Sprinkle desiicated coconut and grated chocolaye ovet the pudding.

* Step 9

Milk-chocolate pudding is ready to be served Serve chilled.

* Step 10
