Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a wok,add chopped garluc and green chillies.Saute 1 minute.
* Step 2
Add onion,saute 30 seconds.Add carrot.Saute 1 minute.
* Step 3
Add all other vegetables.Saute on high flame for 2-3minutes.Add tomato sauce,chilli sauce,crushed black pepper and salt.Mix well.
* Step 4
Add boiled rice,toss /mix well.Add soya sauce and vinegar.Mix well.
* Step 5
Put off heat. Garnish with spring onion stalk.Chinese veg fried rice is ready to serve.
