#nveg #cookpadindia I've taken rohu fish,and simply shallow fried it in less spices .Tempering in fenugreek seeds gave it an unique flavour.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix spices and salt to the fish.Leave for 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan,heat till smoking point.Add fenugreek seed,fry till brown.

* Step 3

Add fish pieces.Fry on medium flame till golden.

* Step 4

Serve with sliced onion with chutney and lemon.
