Chicken Stuffed Bun

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl take maida,add sugar,salt,yeast and egg mix all.Add egg and knead a dough by mixing warm milk. If needed add some water to make a soft dough.Pour oil over dough,apply.
* Step 2
Cover and rest the dough in a warm place for 2-3hours.
* Step 3
For making stuffing,heat oil in a pan.Fry chopped onion till translucent.
* Step 4
Add ginger garlic paste,saute for 2 minutes.Add chicken cubes.Add dry spices and salt.Cover and cook for 5-6minutes till chicken is done.
* Step 5
Take out and let it cool.Chopped coarsely in a chopper.Take out in a mixing bowl.Add tomato ketchup,oregano and mayonnaise.Mix well.
* Step 6
After 3 hours dough is risen double of its volume,punch to remove excess air.Divide the dough into 8 equall parts.
* Step 7
Take one part,roll with a rolling pin into a puri size round sheet.Put 2-3tbsp stuffing on sheet.Seal the edges and put in a baking tray.Prepare all buns like this.
* Step 8
Cover the tray with a cloth and leave for 10 minute.
* Step 10
Whisk the egg yolk,brush the buns with egg yolk.sprinkle sesame seeds on the buns.
* Step 11
Bake at 180°c for 30 minutes.
* Step 12
After 30 minutes,take out buns Seve hot.
