Rose petals are used in many dishes,like kababs,desserts,shakes and lassi etc.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pluck petals from roses,wash and drain.
* Step 2
Keep in a strainer to remove all water.
* Step 3
Pat dry on a cotton cloth,spread on a big tray/thali.Cover with a net to avoid dust or insects etc
* Step 4
Keep in sun for 2-3days.Petals are completely dried now.Store in an airtight container.
* Step 5
Use whenever need.Happy cooking.
