* Step 1

Whisk eggs keep aside.

Heat a non-stick pan,add oil.Add chopped onion and green chilli.saute for 1 minute.

* Step 3

Add all powdered spices,mix and saute on low flame for 1 minute.

* Step 4

Add chopped tomato,add 2 tbsp water.Add salt and cover the pan.Cook on medium flame for 2-3minutes.

* Step 5

Add whisked eggs to the pan,add shredded cabbage.Cover the pan and cook on low-medium flame for 3-4minutes or until eggs are set.

* Step 6

Transfer omelatte into a plate,flip the side and cook on other side in the same way.

* Step 7

After 2-3minutes,put off flame and dish out the omelatte.

Cut into your desired shape and serve with chutney/sauce of your choice.
