Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a pressure cooker, add oil, and fenugreek seeds. When seeds are blackened add chopped onion.
* Step 3
Add ginger-garlic paste, saute for 1 minute.
* Step 4
Peel and cut bottle gourd into cubes. Keep aside.
* Step 5
Add all powdered spices to the pressure cooker. Saute for few minutes.
* Step 6
Add chopped tomato, salt, and 1/4cup water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
* Step 7
Add potatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 8
Add bottle gourd cubes and badi also, mix well. Add 1/2cup water. Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
* Step 9
After 5 minutes, put off the flame and let the pressure release itself.
* Step 10
Dish out and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve with steamed /boiled rice, chapati, or puris.
