I used some seeds in the cake ,that gave the cake extra crunch and taste.
Ingredient
Food ration :
4 persons
Cooking time :
33-35 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blend together jaggery,curd and oil to a smooth paste.
* Step 2
Sieve together wheat flour,baking powder and baking soda.
* Step 3
Add flour to jaggery oil mixture in batches.Fold with gentle hands.
* Step 4
Add seeds and dry fruits,add vanilla essence also.Add milk little by little to form an uniform batter.
* Step 5
Grease a cake tin.Pour the batter in tin.
* Step 6
Garnish with some dry fruits and seeds.
* Step 7
Meanwhile pre heat an oven at 180°c for 10 minutes.
* Step 8
Bake at 180°c for 30-35 minutes.(I baked my cake for 32 minutes)
* Step 9
Demould and cool on a wire rack.
