Ragi has many health benefits.It is full of iron and anti-oxidents ,helpful in diabetes also.
Ingredient
Food ration :
2 persons.
Cooking time :
15 minutes.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix both the flours,add salt and make a soft dough.
* Step 3
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a 1 cm thick chapati.
* Step 4
Heat a tawa,cook on medium flame for 2 minutes on each side.Take out and apply a little ghee (optional)
* Step 5
Serve hot with curry/pickle/chutney/curd.
