Give me an oven with uninterrupted power supply,I'the bake all the day🤩I love to bake cakes and cookies.
Here I've baked a basic eggless sponge cake that is quite nice with tea.Have a look.
Ingredient

4 persons
Cooking time :
35 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grease a 8×4"baking tin.keep aside.
* Step 2
In a cup take milk,add vinegar,mix.Keep aside.
* Step 3
Take flour,baking powder and baking soda together.Sieve and keep aside.
* Step 4
In a bowl take butter and oil,whisk well.Add powdered sugar.Mix.
* Step 5
Add condensed milk and vanilla essence to butter-oil mixture.Whisk well.
* Step 6
Add flour little by little and mix.Add milk little by little also.Do not over mix the batter.
* Step 7
Transfer to the baking tin.
* Step 8
Meanwhile preheat an oven at 180 °c for 10 minutes.
* Step 9
Bake for 35-40 minutes.Check with toothpick method.
* Step 10
Let it cool on cooling rack.
* Step 11
Slice into pieces and serve with tea.
