Tea Time Sponge Cake

#tech3 #week3 #baking Give me an oven with uninterrupted power supply,I'the bake all the day🤩I love to bake cakes and cookies. Here I've baked a basic eggless sponge cake that is quite nice with tea.Have a look.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 persons

Cooking time :

35 minutes
1/4 tsp

baking soda

2 tbsp

butter

2 tsp

oil

2/3 cup

milk

1 tsp

vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grease a 8×4"baking tin.keep aside.

* Step 2

In a cup take milk,add vinegar,mix.Keep aside.

Take flour,baking powder and baking soda together.Sieve and keep aside.

In a bowl take butter and oil,whisk well.Add powdered sugar.Mix.

Add condensed milk and vanilla essence to butter-oil mixture.Whisk well.

Add flour little by little and mix.Add milk little by little also.Do not over mix the batter.

Transfer to the baking tin.

Meanwhile preheat an oven at 180 °c for 10 minutes.

Bake for 35-40 minutes.Check with toothpick method.

Let it cool on cooling rack.

Slice into pieces and serve with tea.
