Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl take all ingredients.
* Step 2
Knead to a semi soft dough.
* Step 3
Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
* Step 4
Roll the dough into a flat bread.Cut from middle to two halves.
* Step 5
Apply 1 tbsp ghee on bread,sprinkle some maida and cut strips as shown in picture.
* Step 6
Take one half of bread and roll the strips.Put one roll over another strip and make roll as shown in picture.
* Step 7
Roll all the strips of one part of the bread.Flatten and roll with rolling pin to make a paratha.
* Step 8
Make another one like this.
* Step 9
Put the paratha on heated tawa,and cook for 1 minute each on both side.Apply ghee and fry till golden.
