Tandoori Paneer Tikka

Tandoori Paneer Tikka

#flavour4 Here cottage cheese cubes ,capsicum,onion and tomato cubes are marinated in aromatic spices and curd,then grilled on pan.Have a look.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3persons.

Cooking time :

15 minutes.
1/2 cup

curd

1 tbsp

lemon juice

to taste

Salt

2 tbsp

besan

2 tbsp

mustard oil

1/2 tsp

carom seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat mustard oil in a pan,add carom seeds,saute for 10 seconds.Add besan and roast for 1 minute.Add turmeric powder.Mix well.Keep aside.

* Step 2

Cut paneer and veggies into cubes.Keep aside.

* Step 3

Put curd in a bowl.Add all the remaining spices,besan mix and salt.Blend well.

* Step 4

Add all veggies and paneer cubes.Mix gently.

* Step 5

Arrange paneer and veggies cubes in skewers.

* Step 6

Heat a non-stick pan,grease with a little oil/butter.Arrange skewers on pan and grill for 6-8 minutes.

* Step 7

Turn the skewers in between and brush with butter also.Grill till golden.

* Step 8

Put skewers above open flame of stove for few seconds to give the tikkas a tandoori effect.

Serve with salad/sauces/dips.
