This is a delicious sweet made up of maida and milk powder.Here tutti fruti chunks are used for special taste.
Ingredient

Cooking time :
25 minutes.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, add maida and cornflour. Roast on low flame till a sweet aroma emits. It will take about 10 minutes. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Heat a pan,add sugar and add 1tbsp less than 1/2cup water. Heat on low flame to form a 1 string sugar syrup.
* Step 3
Add roasted maida to the syrup and cook on low flame till ghee separates out. Add milk powder. Cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 4
Put off flame and add tutti friutti and kewra water. Mix.
* Step 5
Transfer the mixture into a greased tray.Leave for 15 minutes to set and cut burfee into your desired shape.
* Step 6
Apply silver foil.Sangam burfee is ready to serve.
